- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We understand that no two jobs are alike just like no two different companies are. We have competitive pricing, and are willing to work with customer as frequent as we are able to. Pricing is one thing we like to be sure our customers understand so they know what they are paying for.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically like to meet with customers personally so we can discuss in depth exactly what they want done, and how precisely how. We like to be as thorough as possible to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We are fond of all projects regardless of size. Recently we have been building playgrounds for kids, and it’s such a nice project to do. Seeing how happy the children get when we finish and are able to play is instant gratification!
