Latest Review: I couldn't be happier with the training experience I have had with Geoff. He is clearly knowledgeable and skilled at his profession, but also is kind, warm, and funny to interact with. He is motivating without being militant, and really goes the extra mile to help his clients succeed. Even though his workouts can kick my butt, I look forward to our sessions because he makes them fun -- and I've already helped me achieve tangible results. I highly recommend Geoff!

Latest Review: I’ve been working with AJ since October and he motivates you to work harder every day. He is extremely knowledgeable and customizes the fitness plan to meet your specific needs. He coaches men, women both abled and disabled. I’ve benefited more over the past 5 month with AJ than the last 6 years on my own.

Latest Review: I have been working out with Trent for the past 2 months, 3 times/week. Let me just put it this way, Trent showed up to train me in a walking boot and crutches and I still ended up having a killer session. Don't worry about his commitment, worry about yours! Because he's 100% in from day 1. He knows how to push you, and cross those imaginary limits you've created in your head. Let's just say there are somethings I wasn't able to do, that now I easily can. If you're serious about a transformation, he is your guy. Easy to work with, flexible, good sense of humor but doesn't joke around when it comes to working out. I have a long term goal with him, and happy to say that I'm on the right track after 2 months of working out with him.

Latest Review: Mark and I have trained for years. I feel like I'm getting a 2-for-1 deal with him because he's both a personal trainer and therapist for me (and friend!). He truly knows his stuff and makes workouts fun AND grueling. He might have me work on legs day harder than I would like, but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger!

Latest Review: I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".

Latest Review: What I liked most about my training with Emily is how detailed and focused she is. She puts high value on doing an exercise in the correct position as to maximize the benefits from the workout and avoid injury. I felt like I could workout on my own with some results but working with Emily kicked my workout into high gear so that I felt and saw results faster. Now I can do my routine in the right formation and stear clear of any pain.

Latest Review: Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled therapist. I have been working with Brett for over 3 years now. I first started working with Brett for personal training. After a back injury I started working with him as my physical therapist. I am always impressed and satisfied with services received; he takes the time to explain the causes of symptoms and pains and explains what needs to get worked on, why and how to safely go about it. My back pain is much more controllable and less frequent and I am much stronger than before we started working together. I would recommend anyone suffering from joint pain, an injury, or looking to step up his or her training gives Barbell Therapy a call.
