Before I went to Michelle’s boot camp classes, I had never tried anything more than walking and jogging. Going to a gym only made me feel more insecure and just wasn’t my scene. When I’m in Michelle’s boot camp class, I have more confidence and can completely be myself. I’m surrounded by great women who come from varying athletic backgrounds. It doesn’t matter if you have never run or played a sport in your life. Michelle shows you how to correctly do each exercise and tailors each one based on your individual fitness level. She’s a very positive coach who provides a lot of encouragement to keep going, even when you don’t think you can go any further. Michelle is an excellent trainer who believes in your full potential and helps you reach your fitness goals.

Kari has so much energy! Her love for teaching and coaching shows in everything she does. I've participated in several of her boot camps as well as cardio kickboxing, Zumba and Piyo classes - she's amazing. She works you hard, but makes it fun! Kari is a sweetheart and she cares about all her clients. She's truly a beautiful person inside and out.

I loved the workout's Steve provided! I've been taking this class for 4 months now and I feel myself challenged every time I walk into his class. The atmosphere is great! It's like a mini boot camp with a mixture of traditional workouts and krav maga. He is a great motivator and mentor.

Beach boot camp is so much fun. Every session is different and we incorporated weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and games to change it up. You're outside getting a great work out and fresh air, and not stuck inside of a gym looking at the back of someone else's head on the machine in front of you. I actually look forward to boot camp every time. Now I can do more reps than when I started and I don't get so easily out of breath anymore! I would highly recommend this to anyone at any level of fitness! Thanks Jodi!

I love working with Jaime! The boot camp class that she runs at Southside is a great mix of strength and cardio exercises. She always incorporates new and challenging workouts to keep us interested and to help us see the best results possible. I remember the first time I had a class with Jen, I left feeling like, I never want that again. The next few times, I was very anxious and found myself thinking - why didn't I change classes. It was only a short time when I grew to love her workouts and crave them. I found myself feeling better mentally, physically and emotionally. A year later, she "suckered" me into runner's boot camp. I reluctantly joined and thought to myself, "I'll just walk." Jen is very patient and understanding and works with your skills to get you to your unknown abilities. In just a short 5 months, I ran a 5k. Two months after that, I ran my first 10k and accomplished something that I never thought possible. Now I actually look forward to a good run and never thought I would say that. If you have the will, Jen will find a way and you will not be disappointed.

Kalin is a great trainer! He is good at motivating his clients to reach their fitness goals. He is also good at keeping the workouts different every time you train so that you dont get bored. I would recommend him as a trainer. His schedule is also very flexible.

I have been attending Eastern MA Adventure Boot Camp since its inception almost 5 years ago. Without serious dieting I have dropped 15 pounds and 4 pants sizes. This is as fun as exercising can get! In all these years Shannon has virtually never repeated a routine. She keeps it fresh and keeps us motivated. I see no end to my attendance!

Kathy has personal trained me and I have also taken her group exercise classes including spinning, weight training, kickboxing, boot camp, etc., for many years. I love working with her because she pushes you to work hard and gives you the confidence you need to go the distance. She is also very knowledgeable with injuries and knows how to stretch and exercise the body to prevent injuries and also aid in their healing. I had a sore back once while training with her and she knew exactly what to do. I give her 5 stars because she has taken me above and beyond my goals.

I am a 25 year old former athlete who "fell off the exercise wagon" for some time. I've been taking boot camp style classes with Rachel for the past 6 months or so. Not only has Rachel helped me lose about 15 pounds, but because of her workouts I feel stronger and more confident with my body. Not to mention that our classes our always a blast! Rachel keeps us motivated throughout the workout even on days when we all may be feeling a little tired. She is always kind and flexible with my schedule and I highly recommend her as a personal or group trainer.

Whenever I saw Emanuel's Before and After photo's I said if he can go from 300 pounds to 200 when I first met him. I said there was some hope for me. I wanted to loose about 30 pounds. I lost 27 pounds total. I was pleased with my results. I went from size 20 in my clothes to a size 10. I was SHOCKED (in a good way) with my results. Then I stopped working out thinking I can maintain it on my own. I was wrong and gained all and more of my weight back. I am now back at Unified Fitness working out Faithfully enjoying Boot Camp with my fellow team members. We all have such a great time and I see everyone's Total Body Transformation.

I worked out with them at my house for a span of 6 months and was able to obtain the results I was looking for. Will, had me keep a food diary and would should it to him weekly for him to review. I wrote down the time of the day that I ate and portion sizes. I didn't like doing it at first, but once I realized that I had to show someone what I was eating made me think twice before eating it. I recently moved out of the area, so when they told me about the online boot camp program they were launching I signed up right away. Over the years I had gone through a lot of trainers from either them leaving the gym I was at or me changing gyms. When they told me I could still train with them even though I wasn't in the area anymore by joining their online program I was excited. Without them I wouldn't of achieved my weight loss goals and the new found confidence in how I feel.

Amazing bootcamp! Carrie is the ultimate motivator...I'm not a morning person but she puts the positive pressure on that makes you want to work. The routines vary daily so you don't feel stagnant which keeps it interesting and challenging. I feel energized and it keeps me going for the entire day. I can see the results already - Carrie keeps it fun & once it's done, you look forward to the day. The mix of workouts are a 'muscle confusion' for your body and the results happen quick. There is no comparison to a regular gym membership routine - you're working with a group. Everyone makes you accountable & at the end of the day you're glad you attended =)

This fitness boot camp is a one hour, versatile class of functional exercises for all levels. Come get a great workout and have fun all at the same time! We will be incorporating some of the latest trends in fitness including, but are not limited to, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), body weight and resistance training with a focus on balance. Please bring your own water bottle. Drop-in class is $15 and five classes is $60. The first class is free!
