- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on how many miles I have to drive to the customers location. I also have fixed prices in my shop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer, I ask question like how much are u willing to invest in the machine you want to repair? timeline? problem and occurs? do they mind used parts if we can't find new parts? is the machine under warranty?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I check manufactures sites for new product training, recalls and OS updates.
