FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With the Internet at our finger tips, it is hard not to take advantage of all the thing available at our fingertips. I try to take online classes as often as possible, as well as, read up on any current materials I can get my hands on. I reinforce my study with videos and tutorials on new and innovative technique. Also, I try to provide the same for my crew and office team. I strive to have myself and my crew well-rounded in regards to the work we preform and anything else it may entail.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a vast array of different projects from new construction to remodeling, to small repairs. From commercial to residential work. We specialize in the installation and refinishing of hardwood, but are also experienced in the installation of laminate, vinyl, and tile. We do both simply and intricate installs and have been exposed to almost any senario you can think of. We do not take on any job we do not know for certain we can achieve with the utmost quality work.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It is extremely important to not only take into consideration the price you are getting from a provider such as myself, but also take into consideration what the company you are hiring has to offer. The quality of work is as important as the money you are spending on the job. Analyze who you are hiring, make sure you clarify your wants and expectations from the work you are obtaining, and get to know the company you are hiring whether it be from an in-person interview, referrals/references, prior reviews, or the web.
