- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I WILL NEVER QUOTE A JOB WITHOUT TAKE A TOUR OF THE PLACE. One thing that I have hard time to get through my mind is how customers can fall for a flat fee quote. I mean, how can you price a office cleaning, floor strip & wax or even a carpet cleaning without even take a tour of the place? So many variables that affect the price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet all prospects and customers and walk through their facilities to assure I understand what their cleaning needs are. I will listen to what types of problems they have so I can help them solve it
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, periodically me and my staff members attend to local seminars to learn about new products, equipment and techniques to make our job easier. Again, this is one of the areas that differentiates SERVICLEAN cleaning services from its competitors. We are always investing in training from top down assuring everyone within the organization is up to date with what is going in on with our industry.
