I was introduced to Paul/CHESS Engineering through my realtor. I wanted to maximize the value of my 10-acre property. Paul provided a free review of my property and told me that it was possible to build 3-4 homes on my property. I hired him to survey my large property and design the new homes. Paul took care of everything and was extremely knowledgeable about the process. I was able to leave things in his hands and within a year of hiring him, I was able to sell my property to a buyer for the price I was seeking. I couldn’t have done it without CHESS Engineering’s expertise and I highly recommend him for any land project you have, large or small

So I had to have my property surveyed before taking down some trees and I sent Chess Engineering and message thru thumbtack. Within 30 mins Paul had messaged back and a reasonable quote. Paul was great to work with. He has great communication, so I was never wondering anything. He came out when he said and even came out on a Sunday to get the job done. Also came in way under the quote. If you need a surveyor give Chess Engineering a call.
