My pricing is simple and transparent. Each in-home meal prep session includes menu planning, grocery shopping guidance (or I shop for you), prepping, cooking, portioning, labeling, and full kitchen cleanup. Pricing depends on the number of meals, portions, and any specialty dietary needs. I never mark up groceries—you pay the exact receipt amount. Weekly or bi-weekly clients receive discounted rates, and families looking for ongoing meal support can choose a reduced-price package plan. No hidden fees, ever
