Latest Review: Jim helped me feel confidant and healthy for my summer wedding! I am an exercise obsessed 27 year old. When I came to Jim I was bored of my routine and looking for an extra push to feel my best for my upcoming wedding. Jim taught me a new skill set using weights and interval cardio training. For years I was only focused on cardio, never aware of the toning and strength that weight training provides. Jim was an excellent teacher, he was flexible, knowledgable and prepared. I would recommend him to anyone no matter your needs and fitness experience.

Latest Review: Johnny is an excellent trainer. He definitely knows what he's doing. Instead of regular trainers that usually get you to buy useless supplements that only work for them, Johnny's knowledge with dieting and supplements that you need for your body goal is outstanding. Also, he always is checking up to see how your doing with your workouts and is always available for questions, and he just overall really knows what he's talking about. I will definitely recommend Johnny to a friend.

Latest Review: I came to Paul as a marathon runner and golfer that needed to gain some muscle mass and speed while maintaining flexibility and Paul helped me develop a body specific custom strength and conditioning program to match my needs and goals. I've been working with him for over ten years now and appreciate that he tailors his workouts around my current activity levels in other sports or other life or health issues rather than offer a cookie cutter approach like so many others. Paul even took the time for additional education and certification in a program he now incorporates into my workouts. I've recommended him to other friends and family who now work out with him regularly.

Latest Review: More than just your typical trainer. I've had my share of experiences hiring personal trainers to act as accountability guides and motivators, but Everett stands apart from the rest. His holistic approach to wellness combines the physical with the mental/emotional to help create a better balance for your entire life OUTSIDE of the 1:1 sessions. Functional pattern training is unlike training in a gym or any of the typical exercises you might see in a franchise wellness center or in exercise videos. It goes beyond doing an "arbitrary" exercise well, and focuses on creating strength and capability of movement for your daily life. When I first started working with Everett a year ago I was at absolute zero. I know people often say things like that in testimonials, but I could not even adjust my body position while seated without getting winded. I wasn't walking upright, and I was folded in on myself, slowly collapsing under my physical and psychological weight. I didn't want or need someone who would make me do uncomfortable exercises despite my frustrations and pains, and Everett is nothing like that. I've never been forced to do something I didn't want to do, and if anything causes a sense of discomfort or unease, we stop to discuss it and figure out the resistance underneath it so we both have a better understanding of myself. For the first time in my 39 years I am walking with correct posture and my head held high. It has nothing to do with my weight and everything to do with how he's taught by example with patience, kindness, and gentle corrective guidance. Household chores are now easier because my body has been learning how to move properly, and daily movement is so vastly different it's like I'm living in an entirely different body than I was before I started working with Everett. I cannot recommend him enough as a personal trainer, a coach, or as a fine example of a human being you will ever meet.
