CPR Training. Very professional , very knowledgeable, I Every highly recommend him....
The training was convenient, comfortable and easy to follow. Colleen was great and I jiggle Highly recommend her to anyone!
I have been training with Coach Kyie for almost three years and all three years have been a great experience. Coach Kyie takes every one of his clients personal goals very seriously and helps everyone not only reach his goals but exceeds them. In 2012 I attended a full time police academy and to prepare for the physical training I knew I had to do more then your basic arms and back day or just go for a run. I also needed something that was going to be challenging and rewarding. I heard about Crossfit and that a lot of military, police, and fire use this training. However, as I'm sure many people feel like I did joining a new gym or a group work out it can be intimidating. I was introduced to Coach Kyie and told him what I was preparing for. He took me under his wing and got me ready for training. I felt so comfortable working with him and eventually with his groups clients. It was a welcoming feeling and it didn't matter if you couldn't perform a move or run as fast as the next person. Coach Kyie will help you improve each session. And the best part of Coach Kyie is he will not let you do more then you possibly can even if you think you can ... He plays it safe and doesn't let anyone get hurt. If you are looking for a gym where you can better your health and wellness then the New England Fitness Compound with Coach Kyie is the place to be. You will enjoy your work out and get the results! Oh yah FYI the cost of the coaching is extremely reasonable! I hope to see you at the NEFC @0600!! 😀👮👍💪
Shelley presented well while developing a curriculum specific to my organization's needs. Shelley will continue to provide ongoing training and I look forward to collaborating with her in the future.
I have been training with Lou for about a year now and I highly recommend him as a trainer who is professional and cares about the progress of his clients. I started out as an occasional gym-goer who did not have any knowledge of workout technique, but now I feel so much more comfortable with fitness regimens. Lou is professional, on time, organized, and keeps the workout fun and engaging. Lou can also train couples and friends - I have enjoyed training with my boyfriend over the past few months and Lou coordinates the appropriate weights and workouts for us. Besides making fitness fun, he's also an expert when it comes to nutrition. He can recommend healthy recipes and changes in diet whenever needed. He's truly passionate about health and fitness and I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Lou!
The question is....what is there not to like about working with Body by Bogner Personal Training?
The decision to train with Johnny is the best decision you can make, 10/10 all round. From always being on time to the value of his knowledge and experience, you can neither go wrong nor find a better trainer. As long as you stick to the plan he gives you, results are basically guaranteed. Last, Johnny is always available for whenever you have a question, small or large, he will get back to you right away. I've been training with Johnny for a year now and couldn't be happier with the progress we've achieved and looking forward to future progress as well!
I have learned a lot from Nancy and had awesome results from her training. She has a lot of knowledge! I recommend her highly!
I have only seen Doug one time so far. I and my son are comfortable with him. Looking forward to start training..I am happy my son was comfortable. Looking forward to something positive in our lives.
I signed on with Will around the 7th of July and began regular training sessions with him on the 15th of that month. By the end of August (6 or 7 weeks later), I had lost 15 pounds and completely revamped my diet. Will's approach focused on 3 areas: what you eat, how you train while you're with him and how you train when you're not. I believe my sessions with Will were so successful because he refused to listen to excuses for why I hadn't been working or eating properly and because he constantly pushes you to go further and try harder than you think you can. After every session, my body was sore but I felt like I had accomplished something. I don't really have anything negative to say. The sessions aren't cheap but they are in line with what one pays elsewhere. Also, Will has a pretty mediocre taste in music but he makes up for it with his taste in television shows and movies. Overall, I'd definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. There is no way that I would have been so successful in putting my health back on track without Will and I've already signed up for another set of sessions with him.
Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.
Easy to meet with; scheduled quickly with me (needed training fast); provided cost effective one on one training.
I really love training with Annie! She is helping me get back into shape!
I attended training on CPR and First Aid at Anastasia of Anastasia's Health Happenings in July, 2015. I was very impressed with Patti's expertise and experience, in addition to her fun and animated teaching style. I was kept thoroughly engaged! I would highly recommend!
Ryan is a fantastic trainer and just a great person overall! He really takes the time to design workouts that are challenging, yet appropriate for each person's skill level. He genuinely cares about your goals and progress, and encourages you to strive to be the best you can be. I've been training with him for the past few years, and his workouts have put me in the best and healthiest shape that I've ever been in. I definitely enjoy training with him!
I just finished my first month of training and must tell you that Geoff is great and is a true trainer! I've seen changes in my body and feel great. He also runs grocery runs and meal prep classes for his clients which are educational- he goes over what to look out for, ingredients to avoid, etc!
I'm not a fan of the gym (or working out in general) so looked around for in-home personal training options. I figured if someone was going to show up at my house, I'd be less likely to find excuses. I found NLF and signed up for the $20 trial session. I felt more comfortable training with a woman so selected Myra to train me. I really liked the trial session so when the president of the company called to see if I'd want to keep training, I decided to go for it. He helped me try to find a program that was within my budget and has been very helpful throughout my membership. Myra has been an amazing trainer, mixing things up each week and even making a modified routine for me after I had to have a minor medical procedure. Personal training is rather pricey but NLF seems to be on par for other in-home training programs I've seen. And if you sign up for a longer period of time, each session is less expensive. If you want to workout at home, I highly recommend NLF (and Myra).
Mark is very knowledgeable. He has taught me a lot in the few weeks we been training.he's passionate n cares a lot about what He does..seeing great results. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get in shape..thanks a lot for all u have helped me with!
I am happy to say that I have been training with Nick V. for a year and half. I appreciate Nick's professionalism and enthusiasm in helping me reach my fitness goal. He values both of our time as he is always at the gym as scheduled ready to train me. I have seen an improvement in my overall health in the time that he has been training me. His positive attitude motivates me to keep reaching towards my fitness goals both during our sessions together as well as when I workout on my own time. LC
Tom Doherty is an amazing personal trainer. Over the past 25 years, I have sought personal training expertise from at least 10 different individuals and interviewed twice as many. Sometimes, I was looking for help to tone and build strength. Other times, I was seeking a training program for a particular race or to participate in a particular athletic adventure (e.g. mountain climbing or a road bike tour). Over the years, I discovered that most trainers were basically offering the same thing, but maybe with a few different machines or a few different exercises. Tom’s skill set is one I have not come close to finding in any other professional. In addition to his bachelors degree in exercise physiology and experience working with college athletes as well as golfers, he has pursued extensive ongoing training in functional exercise and has developed a significant expertise in corrective exericse. He can recognize specific weaknesses or areas where the body is compensating for other places where it shouldn’t be. He has helped me recover from countless minor issues with pain or injury as well as significant issues with back pain which had sidelined me from most athletic activities. He loves what he does and it shows. He is funny, engaging and has a range of interests and experiences that are inspiring and thought provoking. He is knowledgeable about overall fitness as well as ultimate sports. He has raced in many marathons as well as 100+ mile team races. He is an avid snow boarder, runner, golfer and mountain bike rider. But, most importantly, professionally, he is intensely focused on each individual client’s health and well-being, paying particular attention to the person’s goals, blind spots, habits, motivations, and practices. His assessments of overall body balance, alignment and strength along with one’s injuries, pain, and endurance/fitness are targeted and informative. He educates clients about their particular body status and puts training plans together that prioritize the right set of strengthening and repair (as needed), so that whatever needs addressing first receives the right attention. He understands injuries and how other professional interventions can assist recovery (e.g. physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, etc.), so his training programs can work in conjunction with such therapies. His expertise is appropriate for those wishing to develop more elite athletic skills to those healing from injuries, eager to get back in shape. While his main client population is adults (ages 20s to 50s), he also has expertise in working with older adults and teenagers. He has had great success engaging older adults who may have lifelong habits, practices or injuries that need repair and correction along with light education. His training programs are targeted for the appropriate strength, mobility and capacities of the older individual. On the other end of the spectrum, he is a fabulous trainer of adolescents, girls and boys, understanding the different body types, developmental issues and appropriate training guidelines that can help educate young people about their own bodies as well as about their fitness capacities and goals. I highly recommend Tom as a personal trainer for these many different populations and targeted needs. He excels in this profession he loves. He is far more sophisticated than most “standard” personal trainers. He is committed to what he does and to ongoing learning about new developments and approaches in his various areas of expertise. Clients will learn far more than they might have imagined in their work with Tom Doherty.
We hired Justin to provide a group of 5 with CPR training focusing on infants/toddlers. He is very professional, knowledgable and articulate. Additionally, he is very personable and easy to talk to. I would hire Justin again and highly recommend him and Northeast Medical Education.
