Ty has been great. He was responsive, professional and very knowledgable. We have a major carpenter bee issue in our new home and he has made me feel very reassured that it will be taken care of to our satisfaction. He came out the day after we first spoke to do the first treatment and has guaranteed us that he will be back until the job is taken care of. I would highly recommend Eastern Pine Pest Control!

Ty was excellent in identifying the areas where the mice were coming in. He set traps to capture them, whereas other companies suggested poisons which could result in mice dying in the walls of the house. He repeatedly came back to check the traps and then sealed up the entrance areas. Excellent response and service!

When working with a new customer, we first need to identify the pest & source of their problem. Next, we work with our client to determine the best solution.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified pesticide applicator in Massachusetts & am continuously educating myself in the field of entomology & Pest Control.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I'd advise customers to make sure they're being provided the quality of service they deserve. Go with somebody who seems truly passionate about their work!
