Mount Family Therapy

Introduction: I work from a "wellness" perspective which sees psychotherapy as a tool for learning and growth rather than as a "treatment for mental illness". Clients are seen individually, in groups, and as part of a family. My role is to provide a catalyst for you to improve your relationships with family, friends and with yourself.
