They were punctual and also responded to specific requests. When something appeared beyond the original contract. They asked us how we wanted them to handle it and they complied. If we sought something that was not wise, they made suggestions of a path to take that was more appropriate. They are good workers and we were not disappointed. Far from it, we were very pleased.Feb 19, 2020

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? Most of our estimates are based on hour quantity, as we have the experience, we already know how many hours it's gonna take, after we know how many hours and how many of our people would work on that project, we calculate the final price for the labor. For the materials, we add an small portion of what we have to pay to maintain our business(gas, insurance and marketing) which it's never more than the 15% of the materials cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?- Talk with the customer(by phone or email). - Set up an appointment. - Meet the customer and after we see and analyze the project, we give them the options that could save them more money. - Send the proposal. - If the customer does accept the proposal, we schedule the project and we set up an appointment to go ahead with a contract. - If the customer does not accept the proposal, we reanalyze the project and see if we could try to save them more money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have worked for big painting companies before we started with ours, we have done jobs for Harvard University, Boston University, Boston Scientific, Genzyme(Sanofi) and more... We are OSHA trained and safety is our priority.
