After checking carefully, some tiles are lower than others, some higher. I can see they are off just by looking at them and definitely when walking on them. It's hard to slide furniture in any room. In the Bluecolor I Edilson Almeida do melhornpara our customers, unfortunately sometimes happen mistakes and we made it clear to please that client let us know, or at the end of project i and client make the inspection of the project to make sure that everything is fine or if you need to redo something this will be done. 2 weeks have passed since you submitted the project photos with furniture and you mentioned your 100% satisfaction of the project. On the day of the project's delivery you walked for 30 minutes and made sure everything was 100% and make the final payment, this is normal. On the floor off the level you are right and the photos do not deny, 2 times you walked on the floors, and the next day you complained and I made the repairs, at no time did I charge extra of it because it was your fault and you knew you could not floor 24 after the fixed floor. You twice lied to me saying you did not walk on the wet floor, but as I told you, I left a tape marking not to walk and yet you did. This was your fault. About what you mentioned now is a shame because you should have gotten in touch before you change your word here. And from what I see after 2 weeks the project ready you found some flaw, I'm sure it was somewhere where only you knew and walked when wet and now you want to blame me. very sad and disappointed with his attitude. Next time when you hire a builder learn to respect the safety regulations that relates not to walk or touch things.
