What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely!! We attend conferences and trade shows every year to do just that. Besides, we need the credits from the classes to keep our certifications and licenses valid.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We just recently removed a very large pine tree at a customers house. It was located in the far back of the property between two new fences and a large fish pond. There was no room for equipment access, so the tree had to be climbed, and taken down piece by piece. This was extremely difficult, because if one branch had fallen, it could have punctured the pond, causing major damage.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
You definitely want to make sure you're dealing with a professional. Industry certifications and licenses are not easy to obtain and reflect a companys involvement into continuing education in their field of expertise. Also, make sure they are insured for automotive, general liability, and workers compensation!! All three are necessary to provide you with full coverage.
