  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Each project estimate is customized based on the level of work and amount of time required to deliver against the client's expectations. When providing a strategic plan, it will typically be priced by the deliverable and then pricing typically shifts to a weekly or hourly based rate if a client wishes me to oversee the execution of a project from start to finish.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I originally studied behavioral psychology, but realized quickly that I'm a very social person and did not enjoy spending 8-12hrs a day in laboratories. When I was approached by a recruiter for a position in marketing, it made sense to me because marketing is a practical study in what influences a customer's decision to buy your product or services.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    All services are customized to a client's individual needs. Marketing - To develop a Marketing Strategy we might work together to define customer profiles and your ideal target audience, review competitive activities, define clear goals and objectives and then I would provide an outline of tactics designed to deliver against those objectives. Recruiting - To support a client's recruiting efforts, we would review the job requirements and develop a comprehensive job description that not only attracts the right type of high quality candidates, but also helps filter out unqualified applicants. Then we would define specific recruiting goals and I would provide an overview of recommended traditional and non-traditional tactics designed to meet those goals. Operations - If the client's goal is to streamline processes or position their company for efficient scalability, I would first spend some time reviewing current processes and outlining business requirements from a fresh perspective and help identify any existing gaps and inefficiencies. We would then explore various growth scenarios and I would take some time to research solutions which might include: 1) enhancing existing resources, 2) leveraging a third party resource 3) developing a new internal resource to increase current operational efficiency and/or prepare for a potential increase in business. Then depending on the client's own resources, I can lead an internal team/resources to execute the plan and/or help identify new resources or external partners and manage them as a single point of contact (i.e. the copy writer, designer and the web developer).
