A M says, "After doing hours of research on line I decided to checkout Zen Windows, a company I never heard of before. I came across their name during my research for Best Area Window Companies. I was intrigued by the opportunity to get a price without having to sit through the usual strong arm sales pitches that most of the companies do.It was quite refreshing to deal with Matt the owner. After submitting some pictures of the windows I wanted to replace (and checking my spam folder) I found a proposal for the job. After doing an upgrade to triple pane glass and receiving a second proposal it was a done deal for me. The triple pane upgrade was more for sound deadening than insulation for I live on a very busy main road. It has made a huge difference.During the installation process one window was not the correct size so they had to come back a few weeks later to install the correct one. This was not a big deal.A very nice feature of how Matt works is that there is no money up front and you pay once everything is done and youre 100% satisfied with the job.I have to say that other companies could learn a great deal from Zens business philosophy. There was absolutely no pressure and Matt works with/ for you during the entire process. He replies quickly to any questions or concerns you may have and is thoroughly knowledgeable in his business. Its refreshing to see that there is a company that does things the way it should be done.The quality of the windows is top of the line. I dont think the price is the lowest I might have found if I looked around at every company out there but then again I realize you get what you pay for and Zen is a top notch company with great quality and good people to deal with. I have no qualms about recommending Matt and his team to my family and friends."See more

He was in constant communication with us after the quote by answering to our questions and helping us identify the right solutions for the closets. He scheduled the work in a couple days, bought the material and came with all the tools and supplies. They team was punctual, professional and very clean. They did a great job creating shelves for several closet and cabinets we have. We also added a few other things the same day. They completed the project in the original time they estimated and cleaned the garage where they had set up their tools. We will reach out to them for future projects and definitely recommend them."See more

Edson was friendly, punctual and responsive. He installed 2 storm doors for us quickly and expertly. He also hung a heavy set of shelves in our bathroom for us in such a manner that I’m confident they will not fall off our wall, which was my previous worry. I would definitely recommend hiring Edson.
