A joke. Ed Martin (EJ Martin Plumbing and Heating) installed a second water meter and charged me $250 more than the quoted amount with the explanation "I had no idea how much this was going to cost". I frustratingly paid it and chalked it up a a lesson learned.
THEN... 3 months later, i realized he never got the work inspected, never closed the permit, and never got the water meter activated.
THEN... When i tried to reach him via text, phone, and email to get this resolved, he is nowhere to be found.
NOW... I'm stuck spending hours working with the town to get this sorted out and paying 3 months of sewer fees that this water meter was installed to avoid.
I've never left a review in my life, but since i'm wasting my day waiting in line to talk to the town plumbing inspector I have some free time.

Ed Martin installed new plumbing for our bathroom remodel as well as the plumbing and a gas line for our new upstairs laundry room. We have had numerous bad experiences with plumbers and have finally found a reliable and trustworthy professional who we will be our 'go-to guy' for future projects. Everything from start to finish was great. He always shows up on time as agreed... his work is of the best quality... his pricing is fair... and he's a really nice guy to work with. He also has all the right connections for HVAC and other professionals. Look no further, this is the guy to call!

Ed responded immediately to my requested for service on a leaking pipe. He was there in a few hours as he said he would be and completed the job in timely manner. He was personable and pleasant as well.
