Introduction: We specialize in single family properties, single condo units, condo associations under 100 units. We also manage commercial properties, HOA's and mixed use properties under 100 units. Most of the management companies will only talk to larger complexes but we like to only deal with the smaller ones all the way down to a single unit! Every day brings something new. Most of our customers are on a monthly billing system. The fee ranges from $99 a month up to $4,000.00 depending on the number of units.

We deal with the owners and tenants of a day to day basis. We handle condo fee collection, rent collection and provide a wide variety of services for our owners and tenants.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Use a manager that is close to your property. They need to be able to respond to an emergency within 30 mins of that call.
