I recently hired a personal trainer with FRANTZWORLD mobile training to work with my 80 year old mother. My mother is stubborn, sedentary and very, very reluctant to exercise. Over the last month, the trainer has gotten my mother off the couch and into the gym. I can already see major changes in her balance, her mobility and she is making progress with her weight.
