I have been working with Nancy since mid August. Upon meeting Nancy did a complete review of my current fitness, chronic conditions that she would need to design a plan to improve and work with as well as assess my overall fitness goals. In the 2 months that we have been working together Nancy has improved my nutrition and overall fitness. I have lost close to 20 lbs, over 3% in body fat, over an inch in lost in the waist while adding muscle to my chest and biceps. Her work style is both motivating but firm. I would recommend her to all who are serious about getting in shape and positively changing your lifestyle.
Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.

I trained with Sean for one year when I lived in Cambridge near Porter Square. He absolutely exceeded my expectations. He's an expert in conditioning, hypertrophy, nutrition and everything related. I'm a marathoner and thought I knew quite a lot about fitness and nutrition. But Sean taught me new techniques and methods for getting better results. He's extremely professional, and, at the time, trained a lot of different types of clients expertly, ie some seeking lifestyle changes, weight loss, MMA athletes, and everything in between. He's quite modest, and has experience in a wide array of athletic events himself, including a 180 mile charity bike ride and a series of body building competitions. I highly recommend him.

Ryan offerred a free trial, which I think is fabulous. Not only did the trial include a 1-hour full-body workout (with his personal attention the entire time), Ryan also spent a full 2 hours discussing his workout program, nutrition, calculated % body fat and how his program would meet my fitness goals. This is way more than I expected for a free trial session! I signed up and am really looking forward to working with Ryan, who is very personable & motivating in a very encouraging way. Besides the workout, clients will email Ryan their food log & get feedback. The price cannot be beat for this type of dedicated personal trainer! I highly recommend Ryan's services.
Ashley is the gift I gave myself for my 50th birthday--and now at 55, I can't thank her enough for all she's done for me--and now also for my husband, my father-in-law, and also my neighbors! She is really the gift that keeps on giving. She is incredibly knowledgable about how to work you out without hurting any pre-existing conditions or creating new problems, and she has kept us fit despite ourselves! Along the way she throws in her extensive expertise in nutrition, but never in an intrusive way. She is thoughtful and considerate and never makes us feel bad about the way we look or our level of fitness. Lisa Swanson is an exceptional Fitness Coach. I have the pleasure of having her as my personal online Coach. Her approach is.. in my opinion one the best. Lisa is available when I need her (within reason) the workouts are personalized to her clients needs and ability. I love the customized workout videos. Lisa's nutrition guidance is spot on. Christian was my personal trainer for over a year. He was not only fun to train with, but he was also very dedicated and knowledgable with his workouts. I love Chef Gloria B. I recently had a total knee replacement. When I was released from the hospital I was house bound for two solid weeks while I recovered. For those first two weeks I was pretty much be bed bound and on pain medication. I knew the pain medication would slow down my degistion. All I wanted was healthy, wholesome, home made soup. The soup Chef Gloria B made me was so tastey. It was easy to heat up and easy to digest. It was exactly what I needed. I was impressed with the overall professional service that Chef Gloria B provided but more importantly the love she poured into my meals and the care she put into all of our communications. Joe is very knowledgeable and has created workout plans and nutrition guidelines for me to follow to maximize my results. In addition, Joe has shown to be attentive and responsive to not only my needs but to other clients needs as well.
