Project: Apartment Bathroom Remodel
Price: $14,000+ (not including material tiles, vanity and etc)
Materials: We buy our own 97% of it
To start we are very detailed oriented so we do notice tiny little things. Overall, they were able to deliver the job, it took almost 3 months due to the fact it is in an apartment and we need permits, and that itself took weeks. Another thing is waiting for materials as some of the things we needed are not enough and we need to wait. Always order an extra box of tiles or have at least 5 tiles in handy.
Attention to detail: 3/5
Some of the bathroom tiles were not really aligned or straight so if you want a glass shower door installed it's not possible, unless it is a sliding door. But Laion was able to fix it right away with no problem. This is also where the extra tiles comes in handy because they need new tiles to do the fix.
Cleanliness: 3/5
They put cover on the floor when they did the demolish but when everything was done. They were dust everywhere which is expected but there were some minor tear on the walls.
Communication: 3/5
Laion is very responsive but towards the end when everything was done, and they were still rubbish in the apartment he was a little silent. Communication is key with these guys as Laion is the only person who can speak English. Also, we should be very clear on what we wanted as they don't check in with us to confirm on the things we wanted. But mostly he was able to fixed our adjustment such as shower niche, installation of the toilet
Overall/Expertise:
They were very reasonable with the price compared to other construction. The renovation was great but if you look closely on the niche it's not really a smooth installation and I think they are still starting out so they need more experience as they don't really know how to install the vanity on the side of the wall and we have the materials to cover the edge and everything but I have to tell them those extra materials are for those. Also, be in touch with them so just in case if you need any changes or confirmation with the design.

Regarding the issue with the aligned wall, we are glad to hear that we were able to promptly resolve the issue on the same day that you brought it to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Regarding cleanliness, we understand that your project was in an apartment and that cutting tiles can create dust and debris. We did our best to keep the work area as clean as possible during the process. We apologize if there were any minor issues with tear on the walls or delays in removing garbage, and we will work to improve our process in the future.
Regarding the installation of the vanity, we apologize if there was any confusion about the need of filler. We have experience installing fillers, I believe there was a misunderstanding on my part about the installation, I just wanted to make a suggestion about not installing.

We hired Laion to renovate a full bathroom and we were very satisfied with the process and the outcome. He listened to our ideas, made suggestions we had not thought of and was very responsive to our questions, concerns and communications. The guys he had doing the tiling, shower enclosure and sink/vanity top were fantastic too. They were very respectful of our home and always put dropcloths down on our stairs and hardwood floors.
The only negative comments we have are that there was some residual debris from the tiling and demo left on our grass that we had to rake up and dispose of, as well as a large box from a new tile saw, but these are minor issues compared to the results . We would definitely hire this business again.

Gustavo and Laion helped me with the installation of my kitchen backsplash. They showed up on time, came prepared even when I threw them a curve ball they worked around it. They were very polite, answered my questions and most importantly, did a fabulous job with the glass tiles I had picked out. My backsplash looks really beautiful and they worked on it almost all day. They're pricing was very reasonable and they were very polite, courteous, young men. I will probably hire them again for other projects.
