- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm not rigid by nature, so I'm always trying to come up with solutions that work for a particular client. Sometimes that's a flat hourly fee for a few sessions, sometimes it's flexible pricing for a longer-term engagement, and sometimes it's a customized deal for e.g. text check-ins or whatever else the client might require.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically I have a consultation with a new client to establish that we're on the same page about what we're trying to accomplish, and hat we'd be comfortable working together. Then I work with them to understand their circumstances and motivations, and together we start clarifying goals and making specific plans. It's not rocket science, but it's effective.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I've got a bachelor's degree from a highly regarded university, certification from Martha Beck Life Coach Training, and decades of experience helping people do things better in various walks of life.
