Latest Review: I’ve been training with Isaiah for about 4 months now, 3 / 1 hour sessions per week, and I can’t deny it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I came across Isaiah through word of mouth. My first impressions were his professional manner as well as being very down to earth. He’s a wealth of knowledge when it comes to training , very mature and ahead of his age. There hasn’t been a day I wake up and don’t look forward to the next session. Over the course of these past 4 months of training I’ve noticed my strength go up immensely as well as starting to notice an increase in size, which I’ve never seen before. Although both of those are important I believe the most notable thing I’ve gained would be my confidence. Sure I could go to another gym alone and do this, but it wouldn’t be the same. I wouldn’t be given that extra push to finish the set, or step up in weight, plus I would have continued to lift with sub par form which would lead to further complications. This all changed through training with Isaiah, I would highly reccomend giving him a call if you’re looking for results.
