Tammy and I have been training on flexibility and stretching specifically, which was the intent on original posting on Thumbtack. The program is focused on multiple areas and is properly positioned for me to develop my flexibility in sessions and on my own. The training sessions are appropriately timed and Tammy is also able to arrange her time based upon my busy schedule. The experience is developing as we both expect it to take a few months to see significant change, but so far, I am very pleased.
Nancy was an amazing trainer; I would recommend her for anyone who is interested in hiring a personal trainer. She was always very professional and tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. She made my training sessions a lot of fun and challenged me to push myself harder. I do not have enough good things to say about this woman! Thank you Nancy for investing time in me and helping me get closer to my goals!

Antrofit is hands down the best training company you will find. Johnny Loretti is an absolute beast in every sense of the word. His knowledge, experience and excitement for his job were all things that helped take my body to the next level. From his meal plans to training routines, he transformed my body into exactly what I was looking for (in a fraction of the time I thought it would take). He is there at a drop of a hat to answer all of my questions and always makes sure I'm feeling my best. I highly recommend using Anthrofit and Johnny - I promise you will thank yourself.

I have a very busy schedule and I was deprioritizing my health for years. I would go to the gym and eat good in phases and never really make a lifestyle change to make it consistent. Enter Debi. Working with Debi has been one of my best decisions. She was exactly what I've been looking for and needed in order for me to make my health a priority and make a lifestyle change. I've always loved lifting weights, but the amount of information on the internet and the do's and dont's that go with lifting always made it challenging to take it a step further. Deb puts safety first and helps you develop the correct technique for each exercise. She matches the amount of weight and exercise with the look you're going for. My training sessions with Debi are fun and exciting and I always look forward to them. I've only been training with Debi for about 4 weeks and I already feel so much better. Do yourself a favor and let Debi into your life!
I started training with Billy in Jan 2017 after losing 50 pounds on Weight Watchers. I interviewed other trainers at the time but never found a good fit. Upon meeting Billy for the first time, I was immediately impressed with his knowledge and experience about nutrition, strength training, anatomy, and overall fitness. He is an excellent listener and employs routines and strategies that support his client's goals / needs. Little did I know that I would reach my goal weight (lose another 30 lbs for total 80 lb loss), succeed in strength training taking me to new personal records that I never dreamed of (deadlifts, etc...), firm up body and run my very first 5K within 6-7 months of starting to work with Billy. I have had a few injuries (shoulder, back) from extracurricular sports that have required physical therapy. Billy understands PT's approach, is happy to communicate & build plans with them, and then modifies our routine to support PT objectives while continuing to stay on a path supporting strength training and overall fitness. I plan to continue working with New School Fitness / Billy on a regular basis (training for "Tough Mudder" or possibly "Spartan" - can't believe it - so amazing). After such a successful, and fun, first year training with Billy, I am happy to highly recommend "New School Fitness".
Trent is the best trainer :) I lost 16 lb in two months, I feel much stronger, sleep much better. my endurance has greatly improved threw the course of training. The training are very hard, but worth it.
I signed on with Will around the 7th of July and began regular training sessions with him on the 15th of that month. By the end of August (6 or 7 weeks later), I had lost 15 pounds and completely revamped my diet. Will's approach focused on 3 areas: what you eat, how you train while you're with him and how you train when you're not. I believe my sessions with Will were so successful because he refused to listen to excuses for why I hadn't been working or eating properly and because he constantly pushes you to go further and try harder than you think you can. After every session, my body was sore but I felt like I had accomplished something. I don't really have anything negative to say. The sessions aren't cheap but they are in line with what one pays elsewhere. Also, Will has a pretty mediocre taste in music but he makes up for it with his taste in television shows and movies. Overall, I'd definitely give him 5 out of 5 stars. There is no way that I would have been so successful in putting my health back on track without Will and I've already signed up for another set of sessions with him.
Care is an extremely hard worker and wants the best out of her clients. She works around your schedule the best she can and always figures out a way to make it work so you don't miss a training day. Cara is truly a professional who motivates you to the fullest. There was times I wanted to give up but Cara was there to push me through. She will reach out even on off days to see how you are doing - I know this really helped me because I was able to always keep up with pushing myself to workout when I didn't see her. I can honestly say I will never try another trainer- Cara will always be the one!
I’ve worked with Danielle and found her very knowledgeable and caring. We concentrated on balance and flexibility and targeting specific muscle groups. Her workouts are fun and challenging but always different which made training something to look forward to instead of a chore.

I have been working out with Megan and a member of The Training Project for over 3 years. Megan is highly knowledgeable in both fitness and nutrition and has helped me lose a combined total of 30lbs to achieve my fitness goals. There are a variety of classes and times to choose from at all fitness levels. The classes are also small enough so you feel like youre getting individualized attention. Megan also has a highly motivating and knowledgeable staff. The facility is super clean and equipped with everything you need to keep workouts fun and interesting and the members are kind and motivating as well!
I signed up for 3 months of training with Chad in April with the hope to lose weight, build strength and not cringe at the thought of exercising after work. I was a little hesitant to commit to two training sessions a week since it had been almost 2 years since I had exercised on a regular basis (since my son was born) but Chad was patient and explained each move and the proper form in an understandable way for me. I was nervous of what my capabilities would be after being out of the game for so long. The feeling of intimidation subsided within the first few minutes of my first workout with Chad due to his personable and friendly way. That first work out was a killer at the time and 15 minutes in I was sweating hard but I loved it and couldn't wait to come back for more! Each session is different and Chad is an excellent trainer who puts a lot of thought and effort into the workouts he plans for me. In 3 months have I gained so much physical strength and I also have noticed positive changes in my energy level, mindset, sleeping habits and food choices. I dont dread going to the gym after work anymore. His passion for fitness and his desire to help people is what made me renew for another 3 months of training and I am excited to see more results in my weight loss and physical strength journey.
Very caring and gets fast results..Nikki takes her job seriously and is very creative when planning her sessions. She uses various equipment and routines to assure all muscle groups are getting the attention they need ton sure your training goal is met.

Miguel was all around a great trainer. He was extremely personable and prompt. Never showed up late to a session. He made the sessions very motivating and fun so it didn’t feel like work. I’m already seeing results from the workout plan Miguel made for me. He was also very flexible with availability which was awesome for me. Would definitely recommend to any and everyone!
