- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing is competitive and reflects quality. There is a nominal, nonrefundable charge for the initial consultation, however that charge will be credited to the client's balance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We're happy to answer initial contact questions by phone, walk-in or email. We recommend a consultation once the client is confident they would like to move forward. This will commit our combined ideas to paper for a working concept for your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Several of our designers have been graduates of Rittners School of Floral Design, including my father James Jr., the 1964 founder of this company. I've been full-time designer for over 30 years and have taken on design projects that include facility decor, floral sculptures, complex weddings and high-output events. I personally create or oversee any and all work represented by our firm.
