Eric Carter was prompt, neat, and did a fabulous job installing and finishing reclaimed red oak floors, stairs and old fir floors during a recent renovation. He was meticulous, and fairly priced. Showed up when he promised and completed the project on time and within my budget. He is very knowledgeable and you will do yourself a favor to have him complete your flooring project. His associate was equally hard working and the two of them removed one area of concern with their extensive research on a new flooring finish I wanted with which they had not previously worked. No one has entered the house without remarking how exceptional the floors are. Thanks Carter.

Carters Hardwood Floors repaired two sets of stairs, reset nails, sanded, cleaned and varnished, both now look like new. Job was done quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend them for anyone who wants a professional job done on their floors.

Carter hardwood floors were prompt, polite,and did a wonderful job. They made very little dust and left everything neat and clean. I'll surely call them again.

I have just purchased my home and the hardwood floors had been covered by wall to wall carpet for years and were in pretty rough shape. Carter's did a fantastic job and I can't believe how good the floors came out. Eric's attention to detail and the willingness to do the little extras make it easy for me to recommend him to anyone. He showed up when he said he was going and he was easy to talk to and explained everything he was going to do.
