- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We offer budget priced packages for a terrific value. Our higher priced packages are distinguished by longer, more intensive coverage, additional add-on options, additional editing, more DVDs, etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A deposit books the date. Then a contract is made out specifying all of the details. Two copies are submitted to the customer with our signature already on both. If all is agreeable to the customer, then the customer signs and dates both copies, and returns one to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Jim's background is in broadcast TV, where he worked his way up from a TV production technician to Executive Producer of Programming and Commercials. He started doing weddings in the late 1980's, and has offered that service ever since. Other services offered include documentaries, TV commercials, conferences, seminars, workshops, business meetings, marketing/promotional videos, website videos, industrial/training videos, fundraising videos and much more.
