Luccas and his team did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. Luccas is incredibly professional and responsive and our quote was fair. The team was prompt, courteous, and did an excellent job keeping our yard clean and safe during the installation, and the end result looks great. I would definitely recommend Black Ladder for any exterior work you need done on your home.

If you're looking for any roof repair, I would just stop here and hire Black Ladder Group. I needed an entire roof replaced, gutter installation and new fascia. They were exceptional.. and this is why: Professional & Responsive Very fairly priced Demonstrated flexibility to accommodate special requests outside the scope of the original project. I was working with a bank and BLG had the capabilities to aid. This helped me out tremendously. The work was scheduled and completed in a timely manner (total time for both: 2 weeks). They worked diligently and the end result looked fantastic! Every effort was taken to ensure no plants or fixtures were destroyed - great job on that. They cleaned up nicely once they were done. Nothing was left behind. I worked directly with Luccas through the whole process. He demonstrated a deep level of care to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Black Ladder Group is hands-down, the most professional on time and the quality of work is by far the best. Five years ago I had someone put up gutters for me. Needless to say today I am having to have them redone. For the first time in ages, my gutters do not leak and will be protected by all leaves and debris. Thank you Luccas for you and your team.
