This review is long overdue. I hired Daniel to expand our deck in our newly purchased house in 2019. We did not really know what we wanted or how to go about it. I planned on getting 3 estimates to get 3 opinions on how it could be done. Daniel was the first estimate and after talking with him we liked him so much and what he was going to do we did hired him for the job. He custom built an extension on our deck that everyone who sees comments on. It is ornate, aesthetic and functional. Along with the masonry work the gutters on the house needed to be redesigned. He trenched a gutter and connected it to a drainage system I started but was to overwhelmed to complete. He completed it and now the house's drainage problem are corrected. He also did a very thorough job for us by also addressing other masonry work we needed around the house. Another problem we had was animals underneath our shed. He corrected that issue by installing concrete blocks under it. It worked so well I had him come to my mother's house and do the same thing to her shed. At my mother's at had him look at a broken wrought iron gate that my carpenter and a mason had repaired but had broken again. I thought he would have to replace the newer (about 2 years old) concrete blocks so the gate would finally shut. He repaired the gate to the concrete. The gate did not shut so he cut the gate refitted it and welded and painted it. It was the perfect repair! I watched him doing part of it and it gave me a good feeling because I could see he enjoyed his work!

Daniel did phenomenal work installing our hot tub slab. He is an expert at masonry and went above and beyond what was expected. He removed a stump, and professionally graded the ground to ensure everything looked perfect...he even trenched a drain for the gutter. On top of his work ethic, Daniel is a top-notch communicator and is very transparent on prices. I have had multiple people comment on the high quality of this slab and how it blends in with our existing concrete work; definitely very skilled and enjoyable to work with. I highly recommend going with Daniel...as he is passionate about doing the best work possible and is someone you can trust.

The concrete slab in our backyard is great and heavy duty ready for our swim spa
He is very responsible & worked with us to what we really wanted even in cold weather

I was new to the area and needed someone I could trust to get some smaller jobs done. I basically interviewed Dan over the phone and felt immediately comfortable with him. He did not let me down.
