We used Michele last night for a private dinner for 8 people. She was AMAZING!! The food was spectacular - so, so good (and we are foodies!). We loved Michele: her attitude and charisma fit our group perfectly. She worked with me endlessly on the perfect menu and always responded within minutes. We’ll be using her again for sure!!

Chef Michele was awesome. Her food was incredible. Each course had fresh and local ingredients, and her menu was creative and fun. Most importantly, Michele was engaged with us in planning a special dinner and connected with our whole group to make a special occasion a unique personal experience. We loved getting to know Chef Michele as she prepped and cooked her amazing food. She was full of interesting stories and kept the group laughing all night long. We love Chef Michele!

Fabulous food and fun experience. Michele was so easy to work with. Relaxed but extremely professional. She made having a party for 50 easy. We wanted easy to eat, passed hors d'oeuvres that would be substantially filling. She put together a perfect menu. The food was beautifully presented and DELICIOUS ! (lamb & feta meatballs, sausage bread, crab deviled eggs, beef bruschetta, coconut shrimp to name a few) She kept the food flowing throughput the night. My guests were so impressed with both the food and Michele. She was professional and engaging as was her staff. The young gentleman, David, who accompanied her was clearly experienced. He helped with everything.. from hanging guest coats, to passing hors d'ourvres to keeping the place clear of used dishes/glasses. Most of all she and David were fun. They made it easy for us to relax and enjoy our own party. I would confidently recommend Chef Ragussis and will definitely be calling her again when we have another party.

Michele traveled to my home in CT to provide an awesome dinner for my office Christmas party. She was accommodating to special dietary needs for some guests and superbly made dishes that I requested. She also served and cleaned dishes and kitchen, which gave me the opportunity to enjoy the evening with my guests. Already looking forward to next year's Xmas party!

The best dinner party ever. Michele came right on time all the way from Hudson Valley to Old Bridge NJ to cook for a party of six. She was fun, professional and having a celebrity chef at your home was priceless! Almost forgot....the best linguine clam sauce ever. Period!

My process is to talk about the food first and find out likes, dislikes and any allergies.. Getting to know the customer and the customer getting to know me ..

I have been a Chef for 23 years and have cooked for as little as 4 people to 500..
