We met Rob after interviewing a few different property managers that we were not impressed with. Rob immediately grabbed our attention with his knowledge to the business, not to mention he was very personable! We hired him back in March and we are thankful every single day! Our lives got too crazy and we really needed someone to step in and not only take over managing our property but to deal with and fix existing issues. Rob and his team have taken on the challenge and have made our lives a lot less stressful! I cannot recommend his company enough!!!

I met Robert on first appointment and he appeared genuine, sincere and knowledgeable. He is also detail oriented. I was generally impressed and excited at the opportunity to work with him as my property manager going forward. Given he works for himself and not a big real estate company has both minuses and pluses- for my sake, the pluses outweigh the minuses, that includes offering personalized service to satisfy both my needs and that of the tenants. Still cannot rate the services though, until I have been able to assess how he delivers, so the star rating is based on first impression minus real service

Awful. took 3 attempts for Robert to call me back. Told me he would drive by property and touch base later in the day. Never received a call or a returned call on three attempts after drive by was done. Went with someone else

Unfortunately Mr. Garifo was not truly looking for property management. He was looking for someone to short sell his buildings and collect rent until they were sold. He was given a quote of $500 for property management services, he was not looking for the services we provide. I did talk to Mr. Garifo and indicated that he would be better served by a real estate agent. I did get some investors to view the building but was unsuccessful as the condition and curb appeal of these buildings didn't excite anyone. Mr. Garifo is an out-of-state investor, who marked us as hired prior to even talking to anyone at our company. We were the only quote he received and I'm sure Mr. Garifo was frustrated with the lack of a connection through Thumbtack.com. I unfortunately am the bearer of that frustration with his bad review of my company. If any future clients would like to discuss this matter feel free to call me directly at 508-397-9843.
