Stephen is very knowledgeable in all areas of fitness- he explains every exercise and movement you do in detail and provides you with the proper form and technique necessary to maximize the benefits of any given movement. His background and experience is extensive and he wants to equip you with the knowledge to be "the smartest person at the gym." I have tried sessions with many trainers and not a single one even remotely compares to Stephen. He is flexible in working with you to find the best times to train with your schedule and capitalizes on every minute of your session. After ten sessions, I am already seeing results and progress in my strength and physique. As mentioned in the title of this post, my only disappointment is that Thumbtack only allows a five star maximum for ratings. Stephen is worthy of far more than that.
Johnny is an excellent trainer. He definitely knows what he's doing. Instead of regular trainers that usually get you to buy useless supplements that only work for them, Johnny's knowledge with dieting and supplements that you need for your body goal is outstanding. Also, he always is checking up to see how your doing with your workouts and is always available for questions, and he just overall really knows what he's talking about. I will definitely recommend Johnny to a friend.

Love working with Mica! I was working out at equinox and was paying way too much for training. The trainers seemed to be quite novice as well, nothing compared to her. I needed someone to kick my butt and help me with my nutrition and she did just that by starting me with an alternate food list. Training with her is the best part of my day. She's amazing.

Aimee is an excellent trainer for all levels of fitness. She is very knowledgable, superbly attentive, passionate, and creative. She challenges clients and keeps them growing, but is always mindful of individual limits and goals. If you commit the effort and time to her sessions, you will certainly see results. I say this as I have been through a few trainers - some good and some bad, all with different methods or specialties. I am an intermediate level of fitness—previously athletic, some exposure to complex lifts and form, and committed to 3 days a week at the gym. I wanted a female trainer who wasn’t afraid to lift heavy, but knew the importance of proper form as I can break easily. She was my girl. After half a year, 3 times a week with her, I have nothing but praises to say. I have shown more progress in this half-year than a full year with other trainers, or any number of years on my own.
Tyrell is one of the best trainers I've had over the years. He really knows his stuff... Including nutrition. He's always willing to go the extra mile to help me. I actually enjoy coming to the gym now. I've never had gains like this in my entire life.
I've had my experience with a few different trainers in the past couple of years and although all were satisfactory, Jesse was pretty exceptional. He worked well with focusing on each client as an individual even in a class setting. He made working out an enjoyable experience and was very informative with excersizes and dietary needs. If he didn't live so far away he would still be my trainer. I would recommend him to anyone willing to make the greatest life style change of there life.

I was looking for a personal trainer who could come to my home (or a nearby gym) and who could help me train despite various back/neck/knee problems. I have tried other trainers (and have had a few good experiences), but most of the time I find that trainers cannot be flexible and focus on my specific issues rather than general ones. Ricardo is very patient, looks happy, and is energetic, thus giving me the energy to do things I don't always want to do.
My initial impression has been very good. The professionalism that Frantz and his trainers bring to the table exactly what I was expecting. Everything from nutrition to regimen to factors of motivation were addressed. I look forward to working with Frantz.

I have been training with Holly for about a year now and I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. She is very passionate and committed to helping her clients achieve their goals.She designs each session differently whether its inside or outside so it works all parts of the body and it is always challenging and never gets boring. She has also helped me strengthen a weak hip muscle that I had been having problems with for a couple of years and the pain has significantly decreased since I started training with her.
