I couldn’t be happier with my new deck and very pleased that I found and chose Virgil to build it for us. Virgil was patient as we selected which material and which colors we wanted to use (which took us months). He was always very responsive to questions and provided photos and options for us to consider. We had a unique situation where we had to redo our deck because of new septic system. We originally were going to retain the deck structure and put on new boards. Once we took a closer look at the condition of the structure, we decided to start from scratch and to extend the deck an additional four feet. Virgil accommodated this and poured new footings without complaint. Also, where the deck meets the house there was some water damage from snow sitting up against the house. He only charged me materials to repair it and make it water tight. He also knew that I was going to add lights to the posts after he was finished. He drilled holes and ran wiring for me to make the light installation easier. During the build, he would periodically send me a text and suggest that I walk around the construction area and let him know if there was anything that I didn’t like. He was as meticulous as me and I appreciated his patience and the quality of his work. I received several quotes for this project and without question, I chose correctly. Virgil takes pride in the quality of his team’s work, he is honest, and delivered a beautiful finished product that is going to get many years of use.

Replace and repair large (630 sq/ft) 2-level deck. Vergil and crew delivered a very nice product on time and at a good price.They cleaned up the site and were personable and professional.Showed up when he said they would and finished when he said they would.I will definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

Virgil and his crew built a 17x20 addition on our recently purchased ranch style home. Not only are they the cleanest and most efficient crew I have ever hired but they are on time bright and early every day and they work right through the day and leave just before dark. Virgil has been very polite and articulate with his communication and has always answered all of our "homeowner-type" questions. He was also integral in designing a deck off of the addition. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Virgil to anyone considering a home remodel, addition, renovation, etc. His craftsmanship and attention to detail is truely amazing! We plan to hire him for all of our future projects.Virgil Miranda is a blue-chipper!

Virgil and his team provide outstanding workmanship at very affordable rates. Virgil recently completed our kitchen remodel in South Dartmouth, and we could not be happier. It went quickly and according to plan - no surprises and on budget. He is a very skilled finish carpenter, and both he, and his team were great in every way. Their quality of work, punctuality, cleanliness, respectfulness of our property, their attention to every little detail of the job, etc. was all appreciated. Every night they left the project area completely cleaned. We can't imagine finding a crew who could offer a better deal. We will be hiring Virgil again very shortly for another project. Can you trust Virgil? YES!!!!!
