Introduction: I have always enjoyed creating floral arrangements. But what has always made it rewarding was to just see my customers smile when they recieve their flower arrangements or gift basket. Just knowing I made someone smile is a gift it self. Working with my clients. After consulting with them, the day has arrived and every detail we have gone over together has finally come to life. It's a wonderful feeling.

I had a really tight budget and a very specific idea of what I wanted for my wedding flowers. Diane, from Simply Elegant Florals, really went above and beyond in delivering us amazing wedding bouquets that exceeded all our expectations! Throughout our working with her, Diane was clear and honest about her recommendations for the design and any concerns she had about budget or flower availability. I had walked in with a very specific idea of one flower I wanted to fill the bouquets. Diane suggested a second flower as a backup plan, and I fell madly in love with the suggestion. Her suggestion was perfect, and was an even more appropriate flower for the venue and our theme. Our flowers were delivered promptly and really blew us away with the vibrancy and classiness of the bouquets. Diane even went above and beyond, finding a ribbon that exactly matched the teal and burlap decorations on our centerpiece jars. The flowers were in absolutely excellent condition and looked amazing. I cannot more highly recommend her!

FAQs

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I had always enjoyed working with just silk flowers back in the day. I used to sell my silk arrangements at craft shows just as something to do and make a few dollars. I had my friend ask me if I could make up her wedding centerpieces and decorate the reception hall and church for her. She loved my work and I knew what she like and did not like. So, she let me do my thing. After that I realized how much I enjoyed what I had done and decided to attend South Florida School of Floral Design with my sister who also enjoyed doing the same type of work. She is my assistant/my right hand. We work well together and make a great team.
