Julie was referred to me, and did not disappoint. With a new job lined up in a new state, shopping for homes out-of-state can be a bit of a challenge. I had one flight to Boston set up mid-week, and seven or so properties lined up for my visit. All properties went under contract prior to my visit, yet Julie still managed to find three new properties the day before. She listened very well to what I was looking for, and even took me out of my "comfort towns" to see a property she thought was a great fit - and indeed it was. I absolutely fell in love with the second condo we saw, as well as the town that I previously disregarded as an option. As stated, I was out-of-state for the numerous steps that follow an offer. On top of that, the seller was a real piece of work throughout the entirety of this process, adding stress every chance possible. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything went as planned, was attentive to all my emails, and even attended required inspections, etc on my behalf. I worked with Rob as the president of our condo association as well as on a number of projects at my home. Rob is professional, reliable and does excellent work. Our assocoation is in far better shape since he started. His work ranged from overseeing multiple contractors for both landscaping and maintenance, to hands on repair and refurbishment. We had a big painting job that he managed very well, as well as unexpected storm damage, leaks and a miriad of other problems. In our home, rob repaired windows, doors, patched walls, etc. He laid a new patio for us, as well. All of ROb's work has been excellent and he has stood behind his product.
