Mark De Binder is a very gifted and sensitive reflexologist. After a 90 minute reflexology session with Mark addressing stress and fatigue, I not only experienced an overall sense of well-being, I also felt an increase in my energy level that lasted well beyond the session itself. I found the session to be relaxing as well as rejuvenating.

About

We offer the following: * Ear, hand and foot reflexology * Acupressure -- head and neck * Ear coning We offer hand reflexology certification classes. Our workshops include intro to foot/hand reflexology, acupressure points for head and neck, marketing your business, and ear coning certification. Reflexology is a complementary, noninvasive practice, involving thumb and finger techniques to apply alternating pressure to reflexes shown on reflex maps of the body, located on the feet, hands, and outer ears (RAA). Supporting both conventional and holistic approaches, reflexology is primarily a relaxation technique, negating the effects of stress, while it helps the body relax. It therapeutically reduces stress and tension throughout the body’s systems to improve blood and lymph circulation, regulate body functions and release toxins from the body’s tissues. It's good for everyone but particularly for those with chronic pain issues from illnesses such as MS, Parkinson's, cancer, etc.

Wow! I received several Reiki sessions that were absolutely fabulous. Enjoyed them so much I went through her Reiki I, Reiki II and Reiki III classes to become a Reiki Master . I have also received other various services from Debra including reflexology and intuitive angel card readings . Not to leave out her great organizational skills. Debra has been very perceptive to my needs when ever we have talked to bring me to my highest spiritual best. I look forward to each visit we have together whether in person or phone or internet. I highly recommend this amazing woman.

About

I do reflexology for hands, feet and ears. I massage full body, deep tissue, sport injury, trigger point, and do cupping. I have my own studio at my home that I see clients 30-min, 60-min or 90-min sessions. I have a health and fitness background and credentials so I work with people who have specific needs that work on or a full body relaxation massage and reflexology.
