Will is a phenomenal trainer and I can't say enough good things. I'm a few months in now and the whole experience has been great. At the beginning we set forth no-nonsense goals and expectations. Then he set up sessions and the workouts are no joke. He keeps you motivated and won't let you slack off. The diet advice and communication with him between workouts keep you honest. I have a very busy schedule and he's always flexible and reliable. The results in health, fitness, and weight loss are noticeable quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape, but needs some guidance and motivation in moving forward.
I've been training with Kristen for almost a year now. I have reached my weight loss goals, but also become a lot stronger. Kristen has also helped me change my lifestyle so I can maintain my wight loss. She is very knowledgeable and makes every workout interesting. Kristen is also really good at incorporating your workout goals into the routine, is extremely patient but also very encouraging. I am so glad to be training with her!
Sam has been my fitness trainer for over five months, and Ive been consistently pleased with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help me achieve my fitness and weight-loss goals. Sam tailors my workout to what I can do, encouraging me to go further to gain strength and endurance, yet monitoring to ensure Im not over-stressing my muscles or joints. He keeps the workout interesting by introducing new elements that continue to develop the same areas weve been working, and remembers my goals and expressed interests. I can tell the difference in strength and in how I look; others can as well. He also shares how what we practice has practical applications in life (this is like carrying groceries; thats like shoveling snow) so I can take my workout into the rest of my life. Its been years since I exercised regularly and frankly, if I didnt enjoy the workouts and feel that I have a friendly working relationship with Sam I probably would have let my exercise routine lapse yet again. Instead, I look forward to going to exercise with Sam.

Tyrell is a great PT. He has been so helpful through my weight loss journey. I have currently lost 40 lbs. I have a bad knee and Tyrell helped me in the gym with exercises that do not bother my knee. I am still able to do squats and more with his guidance. He has showed me the proper way to workout when before I thought I was never going to beable to do squats after popping my knee out of the socket. I feel so much stronger and way more confident since I chose to hire Tyrell as my PT. He always works with my schedule and is understanding if things come up. He works with my budget and he is always professional. He has never made me feel uncomfortable because at first I was opposed to having a guy as my PT. I still have Tyrell train me in the gym 3 times a week! You can't go wrong with hiring him as your PT and coach !!!

Suzanne is a top notch personal trainer. She has vast experience and knowledge of fitness and is constantly learning new things and sharing them with me. I am a 57-year-old mother of two who was looking for a trainer who understands the aging female body. I am not out to be a body builder but looking for toning, more energy, some moderate weight loss and anything I can do to halt muscle loss, which comes with aging. I work with Suzanne once a week and then do it on my own a few more times before her next visit. Suzanne is punctual, enthusiastic, creative in her approach, and a pleasure to work with. I heartily recommend her!
In the past 12 years I’ve had 5 different personal trainers, and Breanna has by far been the best. So many things set her apart from everyone else: 1. First of all, she travels to you if you prefer it over traveling to her gym facility. Huge plus—saves you time, you get to work out in the comfort of your own home, and you get comfortable using your own equipment and learning exercises you can do on your own anytime. She also brings along her own equipment when necessary, to introduce new exercises to keep challenging your body. 2. She plans each and every workout ahead of time, documents them, and shares them with you. This is great because A) You know what you’re in for, B) You can reference them when you want to work out on your own, C) You can keep them forever and have a ton of options for future workouts, and D) It shows that she puts a lot of thought and planning into each session. 3. She cares about you even when she’s “off the clock.” If you want her to text or call you to make sure you get to the gym on her days off, she’s more than happy to. If you have a random question about an exercise, food, or what type of protein powder you should buy, she’s there for you. Trainers usually only give you the 60 minutes you pay for…Breanna goes above and beyond. 4. She doesn’t cut a workout short when it’s been 60 minutes (unless either one of you absolutely needs to). If you haven’t finished your last set, she’s happy to make sure it gets done. 5. She’s extremely knowledgeable on multiple levels…definitely knows her stuff. When it comes to workouts, nutrition, physiology/anatomy, she teaches me new things all the time. Breanna’s a certified personal trainer and weight loss specialist through NASM and is currently studying for the corrective exercise certification through them as well. Extremely ambitious… 6. She slowly takes the training wheels off so at the end of the day, you can become more self-sufficient. Other trainers made it seem like they wanted me to need them forever. 7. She always makes you feel like a priority and has your best interest in mind. Like most people, she has a family at home to take care of, but if you ever need to text/call her, or if there is a certain time of the day you’d prefer to meet with her, she makes it work. 8. She is extremely fairly priced. Most trainers charge more for less (they don’t drive to your house, write up your workouts ahead of time, or respond to texts whenever you need them). That part of it alone was a no-brainer for me. 9. She’s willing to do Skype workouts. Just had my first one yesterday, and it was awesome! This will come in handy if the weather is bad (as it usually can be in New England), you schedule an impromptu workout, or something random like car issues occur. There is literally no excuse to miss a session! 10. And what sets her apart from anyone else more than anything is that she never makes it seem like she’s training you as a way to earn a living. Breanna genuinely wants to see you meet your goals. She’s extremely passionate about what she does, and that constantly shows. I’m very comfortable with Breanna—she’s warm, yet tough enough to make you push harder than you normally would. She’s a therapist when you need one—never intrusive, but if I’m going through a tough time or feeling discouraged, Breanna’s great to talk to and gets me through it. She’s a firm believer that you need to make your mind healthy to make your body healthy. Breanna wears many hats—trainer/nutritionist/therapist/friend. I never write reviews for anyone or anything (good or bad), but I genuinely believe no one is more deserving of a positive review than Breanna. She’s motivational, knowledgeable, has a big heart, and will do whatever it takes to make sure you stay on track and hit your goals.
I have worked with Kathy Jordan for several years. After a brief hiatus due to surgeries I am back in training with her again. She is amazing. Kathy manages to provide excellent instruction to her class and still give personal attention to whomever needs it and she never criticizes - she sets by example with a wonderful demeanor. She also practices what she preaches. She lives an extremely healthy lifestyle both in her diet and her exercise regimens. Kathy is truly a motivator. Day by day and week by week with Kathy's instruction I am becoming a healthier and more fit woman.
Colby at Congel Performance Training has been my trainer for the past 2 years. I've always struggled with weight loss in the past. In a short amount of time working with him, I lost 35 lbs! A year after the birth of my first son, I ruptured one of my lower backs disks. Gregg did a fabulous job helping me to understand my injury, and to strengthen my abdominal and back muscles. Gregg is a very patient listener, careful adviser that doesnt give up easily, knowledgeable in spine injuries, and weight loss. TrainerMD Has many experienced trainers that provided not just the workouts that I needed to achieve my goals but also educated me as I went along so I learned how to choose workouts that gave me lasting results. I also liked the fact that everything I needed was included in the training program, such as nutrition, motivation and professional support. Whenever I saw Emanuel's Before and After photo's I said if he can go from 300 pounds to 200 when I first met him. I said there was some hope for me. I wanted to loose about 30 pounds.
