"I guide to women and men to transform their health, mood and energy through food, exercise, and mindfulness. I acknowledge that what works for one may not work for another. I know how difficult, but crucial it is to make changes in lifestyle on a fundamental, financial, and mindset level. I take a compassionate and accountable approach in my coaching sessions. I love seeing my clients grow and feel empowered to change through this lifestyle!
I believe in a holistic perspective of making sure that every aspect of a person's life is touched upon. My coaching sessions focus on elements including career, stress, exercise, sleep, relationships, finding passion in hobbies, overcoming past emotional trauma, toxicity, and technological overloads. I incorporate open-ended questions to acquire a deeper understanding of what that particular person needs to elevate intentionally.
I do private yoga, barre, and cardio classes upon request.
I absolutely love helping people. You will work with me one on one and get the much deserved time to be listened to. This will be a transformative experience that guides you to begin the journey to cleaner eating and movement for a clear mind and healthy body.
When it comes to supporting others I hope to work with clients that are dealing with adrenal fatigue, underactive thyroid, gut/microbiome, toxicity, seasonal allergies, brain fog, memory retention, concentration, those that struggle with energy and sleep. I am passionate about all things holistic wellness. I have had training in holistic nutrition self-compassion meditation, yoga and barre for movement. I am familiar with the kundalini exercises. I love working with people who are having trouble in their relationships, that need to develop a strong self love, that struggle to take time for themselves."
