AS Computers has been supporting our company of more than 60 staffers. They have provided us with support via email, telephone, and for extended intervals with full-time on-site staff, and even multiple on-site staff when needed.
Support has included, well, everything...: Routine day to day issues such as “my monitor went blank", "I can't reach XYZ website", "my email doesn't seem to be going out". Slightly more involved tasks such as configuring a new staffer's phone and voice-mail, and setting up their new computer so they have all necessary access to company assets. Even more involved tasks such as wiping a departing staffer's laptop and re-imaging it with one of several standard setups for different departments and different hardware.
Complex tasks such as setting up and walking a new user through first-time VPN access to reach inside assets from remote - all while the staffer really is remote.
Very complex tasks such as migrating our internal email services from an Exchange hosting provider to a new non-Exchange provider, reconfiguring all staffer's email clients to work smoothly during the cut-over, without interruption in service or loss of inbound email; also working closely with a new Internet service provider for our office to ensure a similarly trouble-free cut-over to a faster connection.
Over the top tasks (meaning well beyond the call of duty) such as replacing wonky keyboards on laptops; neatly organizing a formerly completely chaotic IT storage closet for easy access, and arranging for pickup of computer 'waste' for recycling; and even assisting a difficult to work with contractor/consultant who technically wasn't even covered by our support contract -- why? Because the AS Computers staff are passionate about ensuring that the customer is completely satisfied.
I hope I've made myself clear. The service that AS Computers provides is simply stellar. I have - after nearly a year and a half of continuous support service from them - NO complaints. None. I can't recall a single time that I've ever felt I was getting less than 100% of their effort while fixing even the most trivial of issues.
I don't hand out compliments often. Poor service tends to be the norm these days. People tend to be grateful just to get merely adequate service. Exceptional service is a rarity.
