Lou is fun, friendly, caring, and fair. He loves his job and is not just a personal trainer but a nutritionist which is super helpful. Even with one 1 hour workout a week with him I see results, which is hard to believe but true! He is helping me gain muscle. I love that he is conscious of the type of supplements he recommends and he is an advocate of natural eating, unlike many trainers out there who recommend terrible harsh products. He is encouraging, reasonable, and pushes me to the right extant, and is careful to avoid injury. Lou fosters healthy body image.. He asked what my goals are and is quick to respond to emails, texts and other communication. He has a flexible schedule and will work with the client's busy schedule to schedule sessions. He is a good guy... I certainly recommend him to anyone.
Nancy was an amazing trainer; I would recommend her for anyone who is interested in hiring a personal trainer. She was always very professional and tailored my workouts to exactly what I needed. She made my training sessions a lot of fun and challenged me to push myself harder. I do not have enough good things to say about this woman! Doug is an exceptional personal trainer. I have used many trainers and Doug has been the best. He was in charge of our Country Club's gym in Boca Raton and everyone wanted to use Doug as their trainer. His knowledge of how to exercise and not injure yourself is above and beyond. Florida will miss him.
Mica is definitely your PERSONAL trainer! She really know what she is doing and my abs are finally starting to show! I'm so happy that I chose her as her prices really aren't that bad (I've had some expensive and BORING trainers). I feel as if motivation is one of the most important aspects when it comes to changing your body because it really is a difficult process. Mica makes it easy! Her approach to training is one of the best I've experienced thus far. Definitely sticking with her!
I joined Always Strong Fitness in March of 2017 and I attend 1 hour sessions weekly with Sean. This is my first time ever working with a personal trainer. I travel a lot for work and know nothing about how to use equipment in a gym so I always relied on group exercise classes. Group exercise classes can be hard to get to in hotels! Thanks to Sean and our sessions along with use of his smart phone app, I know I can count on having great workouts each week no matter where I am. I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking to make a change for yourself no matter how big or small.

Ive trained with Kandace for a year now. She gives a personalized 1 to 1 training tailored to help me achieve my specific fitness goals. Her seasoned knowledge in muscle conditioning, core workouts, agility & strength training have greatly helped condition me for my Spartan Races. She is always prepared & makes it a point to clearly show you how to correctly perform each exercise. And there is no lack of her generous motivation that I sometimes need to finish her tough workouts. She quickly observed my poor breathing & lack of flexibility. Her suggestion to try yoga along with her nutrition & diet tips, helped make a positive difference in my overall fitness & health. And in my opinion, Kandace being a registered nurse just adds another layer of knowledge & professionalism that makes her stand out. She is an excellent personal trainer & nutrition coach!
Ashley is the gift I gave myself for my 50th birthday--and now at 55, I can't thank her enough for all she's done for me--and now also for my husband, my father-in-law, and also my neighbors! She is really the gift that keeps on giving. She is incredibly knowledgable about how to work you out without hurting any pre-existing conditions or creating new problems, and she has kept us fit despite ourselves! Along the way she throws in her extensive expertise in nutrition, but never in an intrusive way. She is thoughtful and considerate and never makes us feel bad about the way we look or our level of fitness. I took a restorative yoga and essential oils workshop with Natasha recently. The yoga class was exactly what I needed to open up in a general way. Natasha not only provided clear guidance on what to do during the session, she gave interesting perspectives to focus the mind on and suggestions to bring a prop heavy practice into the home. The essential oils segment of the workshop was very informative and hands on. I felt very engaged with Natasha as well as the other participants. Again, Natasha made it easy to incorporate the topics covered back home into our personal practice by providing handouts and simple suggestions. The value of the workshop far surpassed the cost and I absolutely would suggest working with Natasha in any capacity she offers.

Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and highly skilled therapist. I have been working with Brett for over 3 years now. I first started working with Brett for personal training. After a back injury I started working with him as my physical therapist. I am always impressed and satisfied with services received; he takes the time to explain the causes of symptoms and pains and explains what needs to get worked on, why and how to safely go about it.
