• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My fees are based on several factors,including the type and complexity of the matter,the anticipated time that will be involved,deadlines that may require extra time pressure, whether litigation is involved,etc. I often charge a fixed fee,but also charge an hourly rate when appropriate. (Approx.$275.)

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I usually have an introductory meeting or telephone conference to meet the client,get an idea of the client's needs and whether and how I can help. I will outline a course of action,discuss legal fees and try to work out a plan of action with the client.The introductory meeting or telephone conference is free,no charge

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School,both with honors. I have over 25 years of experience in business law and transactions,real estate,estate planning and general civil matters.
