Best trainer I have ever had. Works me very hard but makes it fun. I feel great when I am done with the workout and always look forward to the next. She may be a woman but she is a genuine DI ie Drill Instructor for those of you who were never in the service.
I hired Dana as a trainer to design some workout programs for me. She asked me what my specific fitness goals were and also inquired about my current routine and diet. I had 3 sessions with her so far and have been very impressed with her experience in the gym and knowledge of muscle groups and the effectiveness of isolating certain areas through proper movements/excercises. Dana is an patient teacher and encourages you to push yourself to see results, which is what I was looking for. Dana also provided some helpful tips for increasing my cardio and my diet. As a mom, she understands time constraints with work outs and food planning, which was helpful. I have been using her programs for a couple months and feel stronger, healthier and see definition in my body, which is what I was trying to achieve. I was impressed with her experience and knowledge in the area of fitness and the human body and how attentive she is to her clients needs. Look forward to future fitness planning with Dana. :)
I've been taking Broga classes with Tim since the beginning of the year, and his classes have become a part of my week that I look forward to. He has a very calm demeanor and and explains the poses very well for newcomers. I'm not a morning person at all, but I'd get up early to take his morning class. I recommend Tim very highly whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years.

Kris Changed my life. I went to her class because a friend was going. It was so hard but motivating. I instantly connected with her and planned on splurging on some sessions with her. As fate would have it, she was starting her next session of Group X. I have done every type of training program. I have run marathons. I have gone to so many classes. Generally I do them for a while and then stop. I am no good at many classes because I cheat. With Kris’ class I didn’t want to cheat. She made me want to do the right thing. I came to her as someone that didn’t lift weights and despite the toll it was taking on my body, was obsessed with running. I saw changes in my body and ability within a few weeks of working with her. At 4 weeks, I broke m leg. Kris continued to work with me and often times created a separate workout for me. By week 10 I was in the best shape of my life. I was 40 and birthed 5 children, the youngest being a year. I was wearing string bikinis. People joined her class because they wanted to look like me. It wasn’t just the physical transformations. My mindset changed. My life changed. I’m no longer obsessed with running. I don’t look at the number on the scale, which is a miracle for me. I battled an eating disorder and addiction for 20 plus years. I love being healthy, I love being strong. She has empowered me. What started as a way to lose a few pounds turned into a lifestyle revolution. I quit a job I didn’t love and am back in school. I am an RN but am now looking into health and wellness coaching as well personal training and spin instructor. Kris gave me the tools I needed to be brave and emotionally strong. Her meal plans and recipes are top notch. I cook from scratch most days and see food as fuel. There are no “good” or “bad” foods. Kris is a role model for me. My only complaint is that she is in MA now.
Emily is one of the best trainers out there! She is extremely professional and knowledgeable. When I first found her, she had me set long term and short term fitness/health goals and made sure I did not slack on them. She held me accountable and doesn't put up with any excuses, (which is something you want in a trainer, trust me!) I was originally 150 pounds and my goal weight was 135, I can officially say that I have not only reached my goal but ALSO maintained the weight. Emily knows her stuff, she is very educated about the human body and personal training. She also has her yoga certification, which also helped during training because she helped improve my flexibility. If anyone is looking for a personal trainer/yoga instructor, this is the gal to go to. She is also quick to respond and is punctual. I would definitely 100% recommend her to anyone, she is FABULOUS. :)
Dedicated, committed, and outstanding to work with. She is definitely help me achieve my goal which is working out each day at the gym. Tippy is always there when you need someone to coach you through your workout. She is always willing to guide you and help you achieve your goals. She is always available and her upbeat personality makes your work out so much fun. She dos put the "F" in fun and keeps you motivated. I really enjoy working with her and having her as my coach/instructor.
Anthony trained me from the spring 2015 through to the end of the year. I was thoroughly pleased with not only my results but his approach. I was looking for a trainer who was not going to upsell me all the time, and someone who took the care to understand my personal needs and capabilities. Anthony was just that type of trainer. I have a bad back and was concerned about certain exercises. But Anthony made me feel comfortable working out by giving me specific exercises to strengthen my back without the worry. He set me up with dynamic and static stretching routines, and aerobic and weight lifting routines that focused on areas that I needed to focus on, such as my upper body. He regularly monitored me and gave me adjustments to my routine when needed. The results I saw immediately were amazing (within one month) because no other routine I had done recently was that impactful. I felt (and was) stronger and looked leaner. I felt much better about myself and my clothes fit better. He also gave me tips on healthy eating and eating behaviors. He not only gives good advice but follows his own clean living advice too. His attitude is always positive and motivating. I would continue training with Anthony if I still lived in the same area as he did. You can't go wrong if you hire Anthony!
Mary-Sarah is my daughters Irish dance instructor. My daughter has never had instruction in dance, and I have to say that I am amazed at how far she has come, in a very short amount of time! Mary-Sarah runs a great program that makes all who are involved feel very comfortable, and the students, confident. Comunication is great between students and parents. I feel we are getting a very fair price for great instruction. I would recomend The Flying Irish dance/yoga studio to anyone. I'm thrilled to be a part of The Flying Irish Studio!

I also have a love for dance and have many years of formal training in ballet and modern jazz.
