- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a complimentary initial phone consultation with all prospective clients. Should we decide to partner together, you can choose from a "fee-based" or "commission" based pricing model. -Fee-based accounts are 1.35% annual fee of total account size. -The commission structure is 20% fee per trade for investment advice that I will be providing. My firm offers discounts and breakpoints for certain accounts. We can talk more in depth about the fee structure during our meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although my physical office is located in Newton MA, my firm has the tools and resources available to serve clients anywhere nationwide. 1. Intro call to discuss your current situation and your long-term goals. 2. Schedule an in person or virtual meeting where I will assess your risk tolerance and time horizon, and request your financial statements, pay stubs, current assets. 3. We will meet to discuss the tailored financial plan with suitable investment strategist that my team and I have created for you. 4. We will meet periodically or at least once a year to review and rebalance your accounts accordingly with changes to your situation or changes in the market and economic conditions to ensure that there are no pitfalls.
