Introduction: PHILOSOPHY
I believe that we are all athletes. No matter what fitness level youre at; no matter how healthy you eat, there is always room to discover what your body is capable of doing. And doing so doesnt mean it has to be painful. Be open to new opportunities, and make them fun. Exercise heals not only the body, but also the mind. So wake up every morning with determination, and tell yourself, I can do this. Make each day different, but make each day count. You will learn self-discipline. You will learn strength. You will learn satisfaction. You will learn self-worth. Once you fall in love with the process, the results will come.

PERSONAL INTERESTS
I compete regionally in fitness competitions, specifically Fitness America and WBFF. I have a deep and true passion for the sport, and I love working hard and watching my body change. I find happiness knowing this inspires so many people around me.
I also enjoy doing themed obstacle runs such as the Tough Mudder and other team races.
I love being outside and finding ways to take my fitness to the next level. Sky diving and rock climbing are just a few of the things I have tried. I am always moving and looking for ways to keep my mind and body on the edge!
