- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, I do have standard pricing. Unlike, many virtual administrative assistants, there are no hidden costs when you work virtually with Nick Of Time Executive Services. Depending on the service you require, you will be charged a standard hourly rate. You only pay for time on task.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a discussion with the client regarding their business and what the specific needs they need fulfilled. Once I establish the parameters of the project (whether one time or on going), I along with the client determine a start and completion time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with a variety of customers including commercial painters, educational companies, security consultants, financial advisors, realtors to name a few.
