FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer in shop and mobile services if you can bring the job to the shop its always better and the price will always be lower than the mobile welding, fabrication & repair truck to come out. We charge a flat rate between $250 and $300 to come out and that includes the first 3 hours of work all tools, welding, torch, and any other consumables. After the first 3 hours are up it is than $90 an hour for every hour after that. And $100 an Hr for Aluminum Unless we agree to a specific set amount for the job. Also if it a small patch or job I usually have the metal and include it in my pricing but if its a big job and a lot of stock is needed than either Me or You would purchase the new Stock and Factor that price into the total Job Price. Thanks again for the consideration you will be very happy Dealing with us we get the job done right the first time we do it safely and in a timely manor with the best tools and technology out there we address all of our customers concerns and make sure every one is 100% happy before we finish every job. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
Ever since i was a littel kid I loved taking things apart finding out how they work and reassembling them. I knew at a young age that i wanted to work with metal fix and build things. I had always thought welding was real cool so i got accepted into the northeast regional vocational school and took a 3.5 year metal fabrication & welding course. I than went into another welding training program got certified took OSHA traning and other construction traning programs for different certifications. I have been working in this feild ever since I now have over 12 years of experience
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice to a customer would be. Find out if the welding fabrication company has welding certifications. Find out if the company has had OSHA training and the workers have thier OSHA cards. Find out if the company has liability insurence. Also look to see if the company has any pictures of perivious jobs and references
