- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always do everything I can to work within my customers budget. it's important to know what they want and we work hard to achieve their dream kitchen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most appointments start with a phone call. Once an appointment time has been set I will send an email with links to all the products I provide to help narrow down styles and colors. I meet personally with every client and bring samples to review with them. We discuss what there vision is and cabinet features. I generally provide an initial design with 1 to 2 days and we work through it step by step.

I've been involved in the industry for well over 15 years.
