- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are established based on the complexity of the assignment and the staff level assigned to it. Since we handle easy and complex situations, we cannot explain fee structure on this site. We typically provide a quote during our initial meeting understanding the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with potential new clients in our office or their office before being hired. This way will ensure that we are both comfortable working with each other as we want to be the client trusted advisor that can reach out to us anytime they need accounting or tax help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to starting my own firm in 2009, I worked approximately 10 years at large CPA firms and Corporate finance. I have maintained an active CPA License in MN since 2002 and MA since 2010. I have attended training seminars to keep up with tax law changes, technology and accounting for at least 40-60 hours a year since 1999. Currently has 4 employees that have been working with me and they also complete there own training in order to better serve our clients
