When the original plans for my daughter’s birthday (18! :0) were scrapped due to the pandemic, we still wanted to do something special to commemorate her milestone. We found Chef Darren through friends and he managed to cater a small, but beautiful, and socially distanced luncheon for our group of 12. The charcuterie spread was a major stand out. It was a lovely experience all around, and my friends were right: everyone is still talking about the food months later!
