FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I wish to keep my pricing simple and just. If after my lesson a client is not satified with my service, I will either remedy the greivance, or the client will not have to pay for my services. However, They will not be able to call on me ever again. I offer this option because I believe most people are honest and this will likely never become an issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have, and always will be, seeking out new products, procudures, and equipment I can use, incorporate, or introduce into my kitchen. My latest enthusiasm is increasing my knowledge in the use of various herbs, vegetables, spices, oils, sauces, etc. in the creation of Asian cruisine. In fact, I currently work for a Japanese restaurant.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I am an artist. I graduated from college with a B.S. in English, Magna Cum Lad, majoring in Communications. So, I love to write. I also play music. I also draw, paint, sculpture, etc. Cooking is just another extension of my need to create.
